Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

During holidays or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days (where available)

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us. We'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.

Legus Apparel is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs, or other events outside our control.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue

We'll work to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
